Step 1 :

Step 2 :
To reinstall Google Apps back to your device, kindly download the below given Google Apps.

Step 3 :
Connect Note 10.1 to the PC by using a proper USB data cable.
Step 4 :
Make sure to transfer the above downloaded Firmware file and Google Apps package to your device in order to start the installation process.
Step 5 :
Disconnect your device from the PC and start the process.
Step 6 :
Boot your device into Recovery Mode.
Press and hold Volume Down + Home + Power buttons together. When you see something on your display, release all the buttons. Use Volume up and Volume down keys to use the options. To select any options from the recovery menu, press Power button to confirm the process.
